BManagements shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits paid for uncompleted work may be refunded at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
